Carl Eddy Fields, Sr.

Carl E. Fields Sr., 60, of Toledo, OH, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at his residence after struggling with Leukemia.

Carl is survived by his fiancée Patricia Croniser; daughters Brenda (Lee) Liufau , Crystal-Fields-(David) Kos and ; sons Carl (Genevieve) Fields Jr., and Jeff (Star) and David (April) Dupuis; a host of grand and great-grandchildren; and sister Doris Sims. He was preceded in death by his sister Lucille Adkins; and brother John Fields.

Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Tuesday, October 13th from 11 AM until the Funeral Ceremony begins at 1 PM.
