Zelah E. Kocinski, 92, passed away, Monday, March 22, 2021, at her Sylvania Township home, while under hospice care. She was born July 16, 1928, in Toledo, OH, to parents James and Dorothy (Miller) Billings. Zelah was employed as a printer at The Toledo Hospital for many years. She was a devoted and dedicated wife and mother. Zelah was a talented and accomplished seamstress. She enjoyed working in her garden and canning the vegetables it produced. Zelah bowled on several leagues and played Bunco with the same club for more than 71 years.
She is survived by her daughters Cynthia (James) Fish and Rebecca Milton; sons Frank E. II (Cheryl), Jeffery (Karen) and Michael (Kathy) Kocinski; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-greatgrandchildren, with one on the way; sisters Vera Jean Sliwinski and Louise Laughlin. Zelah was preceded in death by her parents; husband Frank Kocinski; brothers James and Richard Billings; daughter- in-law Lucinda Kocinski; and son-in-law Adam Milton.
