Todd William Marti

Todd William Marti, age 68, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family the morning of July 8, 2025. Born in Toledo, Ohio on July 16, 1956, to William and Lois Marti. Todd married the love of his life, Janice, and was a devoted husband of nearly 40 years. He was a loving father to Ciara and Katelyn and a proud grandfather. Todd dedicated his professional life to corporate construction in healthcare. Over the years, he built a meaningful career working at ProMedica Health System and The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC), where he was known for his steady presence and an eye for detail. Todd enjoyed cheering on the Detroit Tigers and Michigan Wolverines along with barbecuing for his family at the pool.

Todd was a true family man whose greatest joy came from spending time with those he loved. Creating memories with his grandchildren, sharing quiet moments with his wife, or offering guidance to his daughters, Todd lived his life with deep love and integrity. He is survived by his loving wife, Janice Marti, his daughters Ciara (Christopher) Holinski, Katelyn Marti, and grandchildren Oliver and Morgan Holinski. He is also survived by his sister Sally (Joe Carron) Marti and brother Doug (Judy) Marti.

Todd loved to keep busy. Whether it was fixing something around the house, tending to his perfectly manicured lawn, or hosting a legendary perch fry, he did it all with precision and care. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends, who will cherish the example he set and the legacy he leaves behind. The family would like to express their gratitude to the caring staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio (Ebeid Hospice Center) and the medical team at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. 

Visitation will be held at Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 Main St. Sylvania, OH 43560, on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, at St. Joseph Parish, 5373 Main St. Sylvania, OH 43560, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
