Thomas E. Neddo

West Union, SC– Thomas Eugene Neddo, Sr., 81, husband of Ida Anne Balk Neddo, of West Union, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at his home.  A native of Toledo, OH, Mr. Neddo was the son of the late Robert Wellington and Luella Blaine Neddo.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, and was of the Methodist faith, where he was a prayer minister. Mr. Neddo was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              In addition to his wife of 57 years, Mr. Neddo is survived by his daughter: Dawn Wolfe (Mark); son: Thomas Neddo, Jr.; brother: Delbert Neddo (Debbie); brother-in-law: Arthur F. Balk, Jr. (Chris); and grandchildren: David Dahmer, Thomas Neddo, Natalia Smith Wolfe, Kaden Wolfe, Colton Wolfe, Nicholas Wolfe and Julia Wolfe.   In addition to his parents, Mr. Neddo was preceded in death by his brother: Newton Neddo.  A small service will be held at his final place of rest, Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania, OH on Monday August 12th at 2:00 P.M.
