Rose Recker

Rose Recker, 63, of Ottawa Lake, MI, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025, at home while under hospice care. Rose was born in Toledo, OH, November 24, 1961, to parents Leonard and Rose (Manera) Suwinski. She retired from the Lucas County Metro Housing Authority after more than 32 years of service. Rose loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She looked forward to trips to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, her favorite beverage was iced tea, she thoroughly enjoyed any game show on television and was a huge fan of the University of Michigan.
Rose is survived by her loving husband of more than 43 years Rob Recker; daughter Kristee (Shawn) Dyer; son Sam Recker; grandchildren Maci and Delaney Dyer; sister Josie (Marty)  Jazwiecki and brother Lenny (Pam) Suwinski. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Tony Suwinski.
Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, where Memorial Services will held Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 11:00am.
