Obituary
Rita D. Bohland, 86, of Sylvania, OH passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 13, 2022. She was born March 17, 1936 to parents William and Regina (Dunn) Boogher.
Rita graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1954 and was very proud of her Irish heritage, including her birthday on St. Patrick’s Day. She was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and loved to care for others. Her family was most important to her.
Rita is survived by her daughter, Vicky Bohland; sons, Paul (Robin) Bohland and Bill Bohland; grandchildren, Casey (Annalicia) Bohland and Hannah Bohland; great grandchildren, Rowan and River Bohland; and sister-in-law, Trudy Bohland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Edward Bohland; sons, Peter and Joseph Bohland; two sisters and two brothers.
Arrangements were provided by Reeb Funeral Home. Private services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania. The family would like to thank Hospice of Northwest Ohio and her caregiver, Renee. Online condolences to www.reebfuneralhome.com.
