Raquel Guadiana Muñoz of Alamo, Texas, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on February 5th, 2026, at the age of 90, after a gradual decline in health.
She was born on September 21st, 1935, in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo León, Mexico. After coming to the United States, she confidently navigated a foreign country, learned the language, and proudly made it her home.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Dr. José Armando Muñoz, and her son Joseph Armando Muñoz.
The funeral ceremony will be conducted at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio, on Tuesday, February 17. The viewing will commence at 11:00am followed by the service at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.
