Penny Rae Kroetz (Stuckey) 64 of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2026, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born on February 13, 1962, in Toledo, Ohio.
She and Eddie married on September 12, 1991. They raised two children together, Micheal and Renee. Penny was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, GG & sister. She was a team leader/fabricator, press operator, and union Steward at Rieter automotive of North America for 12 years. After leaving Rieter, she was employed by Egelhof and retired in 2023.
Penny loved to travel, play Keno and spending time with her grandchildren. Penny is survived by her loving husband, Eddie, Children, Micheal Reck (Amber), Renée Reck (Chuck). Three Grandchildren Ryan Reck, (Raelynn), Chloe and Kalista. Great Granddaughter Vivian, Sisters Debbie Antoine (Tim) Norma Miller, Donna Wayner, Christena Stanton (Jay). Brothers Charles Stuckey (Lynn), Guy Smith (Tracy).
She was proceeded in death by both parents, Willard & Harriet Stuckey and her stepfather Guy Smith (Smitty). Her brother Willard and three Brother in-laws, Jerry Miller, Mike Wayner & Melvin Stanton Jr. Son-in-law Pun Pruss and Three nephews. Whom are all there to welcome her in heaven.
Penny will be remembered for the love and generosity she had for her family and friends. She was known to everyone as “Penny Rae or Aunt Penny’’
Friends and family are invited to Reeb Funeral Home for visitation on Monday, March 30, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with the funeral service at Reeb Funeral Home to be held on Tuesday, March 31, at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, and a celebration of life will be held afterward at Club 16, located at 316 South King Road.
