Patricia Ann (Farinacci) Lombardy

Patricia A Lombardy, 72, of Toledo, OH, passed away at The Toledo Hospital on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Patricia was born on August 16, 1951 in Cleveland, OH, to parents James and Mary (Dogoda) Farinacci.

Patricia worked for various companies in the service industry in customer service.  She was a wonderful cook, enjoyed working in her garden and mastered the art of calligraphy.  Patricia met and made friends with many people while attending flea markets.  She was a devoted Catholic, serving her church in various ways.  Patricia was extremely family oriented, including her extended family.

Patricia is survived by her lifelong partner, Gregory Stahl; sisters, Michele (Douglas) Sorensen, Judith Farinacci, Martha (Michael) Byrne, Mary Rose Kalish and Amy (Kevin) Alexander; sister-in-law, Stephanie Farinacci; and many nieces and nephews.  Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, brother Frank Farinacci, and nephew.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 5, 2024, from 4pm until 7 pm. at Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 Main St. Sylvania. The Funeral Mass will be conducted at Little Flowers Catholic Church, 5522 Dorr St., Toledo, OH 43615 at 11 am on Tuesday August 6, 2024.
