Pamela Louise ,Rupp aged 77 of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home, on March 12, 2024, after a short battle with cancer. She was born to Merle and Alys Jane (Waxler) Rupp in Toledo, Ohio. She was a 1964 Graduate of Sylvania High School. Pam was a Deputy Registrar for the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and owned several agencies over the span of her career of 50 years. Pam spent many summers at Vineyard Lake in Brooklyn, Michigan, which was her favorite place to be amongst her friends and the best fishing spots. She was an avid bowler, golfer, and played softball throughout her life. She was also one of the biggest fans of Ohio State University football and supported Women's sports especially basketball. Pam will be dearly missed by her dog Luckey, and she had a huge heart when it came to her dogs.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Mona Howell, and brother-in-law Kenneth Howell.
Pamela is survived by her partner of 33 years, Theresa “Bresa” Heiss.
Also surviving are her Nieces, Amy (Jason) Trumbull and Kayleen (Michael) Cunningham. Her special daughters: Terri (Russ) Pool, Jan Keween, and her special son: Karl (Tammy) Heiss. She leaves behind many great nieces, nephews, cousins, special grandchildren and special great grandchildren.
Visitation will be conducted at Reeb Funeral Home in Sylvania, Ohio Tuesday March 19, 2024, from 4 to 8. There will be a Memorial Service at 7:00 PM officiated by Pastor Mary Jo Bray with a few words by her special grandson, Pastor Jay Heiss. A private burial will be conducted at a later date.
