Nancy L. (Ash) Raney

Raney, Nancy L. (Ash) 10/21/47-4/15/2021.

Nancy's transition to eternal life in Heaven was kindly blessed by a beautiful sunset.  She is daughter to Nellie and William and sister to Mary and Connie who share many fond memories. 9/26/69 was a very special day when she married the love of her life Greg and began 51 joyous years together.  They raised two children, Susan and Lisa, and later enjoyed being grandparents to Jacob, Michael, John, and Katelyn.    In addition to enjoying time with family, Nancy loved her job as a medical technician, RV camping, softball, traveling, gardening, and music.                                                                                         

Nancy is survived by her husband, Greg, sisters Mary (Chuck) Campbell and Connie (Greg) Cochran, daughters Susan (Bryan) Moore and Lisa Raney, grandchildren Jacob, Michael, John, and Katelyn Moore.  She is preceded in death by her parents Nellie (Read) and William Ash.     

While the sun has set on Nancy's life, granddaughter Katie, who loves astronomy, notes the night of her internment will be blessed by a Full Pink Moon.

Nancy will always be with us in our hearts and in the many beautiful events of our days until we meet again.                                                                                                                                         

Please join us in celebrating Nancy's life on April 27th 2021 at 11AM at Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 North Main Street, Sylvania Oh 43560 with a service at 12:00 P.M. .  Graveside service immediately after at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.  Those wishing to make contributions are asked to consider the March of Dimes.
