Michael Sobieniak Jr. '' Mike Cabover Cowboy "

Michael F. Sobieniak Jr. Also known as "Mike Cabover Cowboy" 50, of Toledo, OH, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, at his home. Mike was born in Toledo, OH, November 14, 1974, to parents Michael Sr. and Joanne (Kurtzman) Sobieniak. Mike’s life was all about trucks and trucking. His first truck. was a 1969 Diamond Rio that he drove for Jack Gray Transport.

Mike began his own business, Sobieniak Trucking, in the early 2000’s, and under his guidance the business has grown to a successful fleet of trucks and trailers.

His final wish was to take one last ride in his “His Baby” a 1982 K 100 Kenworth, that he has kept throughout the years.

Mike is survived by his children Kennedy, Ketchen, and Kwin Sobieniak; Father Michael (Beth Cunningham) Sobieniak Sr.; sister Lori (Peter) Mendel. Brothers Mark and Christopher Sobieniak; and niece and nephew Leoni and Noah Mendel. He was preceded in death by his mother Joanne Sobieniak.

Friends and family may gather at the Reeb Funeral Home Located At 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Saturday, June28, 2025, from 11:00am until the Memorial Service begins at 12:30pm.
