Michael Dean Bay, Jr.

It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Dean Bay, Jr. announces his unexpected passing, on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at the young age of 29. Michael was a 2008 graduate of Whiteford High School, and received his Associate’s Degree from Monroe County Community College in 2011. He was a hard worker, kind friend, and a very proud son, brother and uncle.  Michael especially enjoyed working in the garage and tractor pulling with his father and grandfather, vacationing to Silver Lake Sand Dunes, and spending time with his family.

He will be dearly missed by his parents, Michael and Kristin (Padgham) Bay; sister, Shelby (Joel) Bunge; niece, Alayna Bunge; girlfriend, Ashley Williams; grandparents, Dave and Linda Bay; grandmother, Sandra Padgham; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be joining his grandfather, Neil Padgham; uncle, John Williams; and niece, Eliza Bunge, in Heaven.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 3:00-8:00pm at Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 Main St., Sylvania, Ohio, where the funeral service will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 11:00am.

If so desired, memorial contributions can be made to a college fund for Michael’s niece and Goddaughter, Alayna.
