Mahala Kimbler age 94, passed away Saturday November 15, 2025, at her Sylvania home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Grayson, Kentucky to Benjamin F. and Mary Jane (Damron) Carter She married Elwood Kimbler who preceded her in death October 31, 2000. Mahala enjoyed quilting and gardening she was also a member of TOPS (weight loss group) and long time member of Trinity Nazarene Church, Toledo.
Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren and was known to the grandchildren & great grandchildren as Mamaw. She is survived by her sons, John F. (Doreen), Wayne E. (Donna), Marvin D. (Deb), Jerry L. and Randy R. (Betty) Kimbler, 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, many “adopted” grandchildren and great grandchildren,sister, Willena Everman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband,Grandsons, John Kimbler ,Justin Floriana,Jason Kimbler Nick Floriana, daughter in law Sherry Kimbler granddaughter, Angelic Beth Kimbler, Mandy Kimbler , siblings John, Robert, Curtis and Delmar Carter and half -sister Sylvia Luman,
Friends may call at Reeb Funeral Home, Sylvania, Friday November 21, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until the service begins at 1:00 P.M. Entombment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Waterville, Ohio. The family suggests tributes to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Online condolences to reebfuneralhome.com
