Larry O. Diller, 83, a long time Sylvania Township resident, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the Fulton County Health Center. He was born in Toledo, OH, January 21, 1938, to parents Oliver and Margaret (Smith) Diller. Larry owned and operated the former Bob’s Auto Parts that was located at the corner of Sylvania Ave. and King Rd. At that time, it was the largest automotive recycling yard in Northwest Ohio. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of more than 63 years, Barbara A. (Cunningham) Diller; daughters, Robbie Servis, Victoria Alzaghari, Sandra Rohr, Lorene (Eric) Biglow, and Jeanne Elghaiaty; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Cleo Kopec; and brother, Robert Diller.
At Larry’s request private visitation and funeral services have taken place.
