John Phillip Puszczewicz Sr

John P. Puszczewicz Sr, 83, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio Ebeid Center, surrounded by his children and grandchildren.

He was born June 9, 1940, in Toledo, Ohio to parents, Henry and Florence (Ratz) Puszczewicz. John retired from the delivery division of Seaway Foodtown, after many years of faithful service. After retirement, he enjoyed spending holidays with family, traveling, and visiting casinos along the way.

John is survived by his daughter, Debra (Douglas) Miller; son, John P. (Paula) Puszczewicz Jr; grandchildren, Douglas (Hollie) Miller, Derrick (Samantha) Miller, Deann (Daniel) Stokes; Brittany Puszczewicz, and Amanda Hogan; great-grandchildren, Madalyn, Emma, Parker, Isabella, and Annabelle Miller, and Darcy and Dakota Stokes; and Leighanna Hogan. He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Carol (Miller) Puszczewicz; son, David M. Puszczewicz; and grandson, Daniel Miller.

Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, Ohio, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, where the funeral ceremony will begin at 7:00 PM.
