Jason T. Cox, 45, of Toledo, OH, passed away, Friday, January 31, 2025, at Flower
Hospital. He was born August 8, 1979, in Toledo, OH, to parents Paul and Karen
(Stevens) Cox. Jason was employed as a tow truck driver with different area towing
companies over the years. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He also
loved spending time at Calvary Church. Jason was all about helping people. He
enjoyed working on cars, eating at J&G Pizza, Schmucker’s, and Ideal Hotdog. Jason
was a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
He is survived by his loving wife Melissa (Klinger) Cox; children Jonathan Klinger, and
Madison and Caleb Cox; sister Shannon Spradlin; brothers Sean (Stacy) and Ted (Kim)
Spradlin, and Paul (Cally) and Ryan (Jennifer) Cox; brother-in-law Kory Klinger; and
many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Jason was proceeded in death by his parents,
and grandparents Ted and Donna (Barnes) Stevens.
Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Tuesday,
February 25, 2025, from 11:00am until the Funeral Service begins at 1:00pm. Jason will
be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park at the conclusion of the service.
Those wishing to offer memorials in Jason’s memory are asked to consider the charity
of their choice.
Jason Cox was a husband, father, brother, uncle, and best friend. The world is a better
place because he was in it, He Will Be Missed!
