Jacki Leah Brady, age 78, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025, at 4:33 p.m.
Born in Reed City, Michigan, Jacki was the beloved daughter of Jack W. Ackerman and Dorothy M. (Eutsey) Ackerman. She grew up in Mason, Michigan.
She is survived by her sister, Debra M. (Jim) Darling; her son, Douglas J. Mollsen Jr. (preceded in death by his wife, Deb); her daughter, Elizabeth M. (Kevin) Booth; and her cherished grandson, John J. Booth.
Jacki had a gift for connection. She could light up any room she entered with her presence, warmth, and infectious spirit. Her heart was big, her love genuine, and her laughter unforgettable. She made friends wherever she went and always left a lasting impression. Everyone who knew her spoke of how special she was—how her vibrant personality could turn strangers into lifelong friends.
Jacki was a proud and active member of Elks Lodge #53. She served in several leadership roles, including Lecturing Knight, Chaplain, and Loyal Knight for two years. She was also a devoted Elks National Veterans Volunteer Member, giving generously of her time to support veterans and community efforts. Her service was marked by compassion, dedication, and love for others.
