Eric J Peterman

Eric J. Peterman passed away suddenly onTuesday, October 24, 2023. Eric was 60 years old and was born on February 21, 1963, in Toledo, Ohio. Eric was raised in Sylvania,
Ohio and attended Highland Elementary, McCord Jr. HS and was a 1981 graduate of Sylvania Northview HS. He was the twin brother of Kirk Peterman but was also
the youngest sibling of Lori and Sonny. Eric was loved by everyone and was noted for his kindness, sweet smile, best uncle ever and his loving nature. He loved dogs
and was blessed to have had 2 during his life. (Petey and Kobe). Eric was employed by Burkett Restaurant Supply Co for the last 12 years in the sales department. Eric had many friends and was sensitive to the plight of others. He was always at his best when others were at their worst, whether it be the loss of a loved one, job displacement or a relationship breakup, he was there as a
comfort and friendly ear. Many tears are being shed today as a result of his passing.

Eric is survived by his mother Marilyn Peterman Durfee, sister Lori Michalak (Alan) children Hannah Walker and Ian Michalak, brother John (Sonny) Peterman (Mary)
children Allyson, Kate, Sarah, Jack, and Jessica. Finally, his twin brother Kirk, children KJ and step kids Ryan, Shana, and Jenny. We are all devastated by this
loss but comforted by the memories of “Uncle Pepe” and his loving ways.

Funeral arrangements area as follows: There will be a viewing at Reeb Funeral Home 5712 Main St. Sylvania, Ohio on Friday, October 27 th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be conducted at  St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania on Saturday, October 28 th at 11:00 am. We request any donations go to the Toledo Humane Society.
