Earl C. Heath, age 95, of Sylvania, passed away at his home Sunday June 21, 2026. He was the son of Eleanora (Brickbauer) and Morrison Heath June 17, 1931, in Plymouth, Wisconsin. He married Delores M. Bos June 23, 1956, married 59 years until her death in 2015. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a Principle for Sylvania Public Schools system, working at Maple Wood Elementary and Stranahan Elementary Schools. He finished his career at Southview High School teaching Physical Science. He was a member of Lucas County Retried Teachers Association and Phi Delta Knapper. He was a former member of First United Methodist Church and current member of King of Glory Church, in which he was very involved in many capacities. He loved the outdoors and being surrounded by nature.
He is survived by children, Mary Andre, Paul (Mary) and David (Jackie) Heath, grandchildren, Daniel, Laura and Matt. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brother, Harold (Jeane) Heath and son-in-law Jon Andre.
Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home Sunday June 28, from 4-7:00 PM the funeral service will be held Monday June 29, 2026, visitation from 10:30 until the service begins at 11:00 A.M. at King of Glory Church, 6517 Brint Road, Sylvania. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Tributes to King of Glory Church in memory of Earl.
