Donald A Beebe

Donald A. Beebe, 88, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away on April 10, 2026. He was born Jan. 4, 1938, in Toledo, Ohio to Donald and Marion (Bassett) Beebe. He had an older sister, Patricia. Don is the grandson of Walter Beebe who protected the Village of Sylvania and the township as Night Watchman, Marshal, Constable and Prohibition Constable during the early 1900's. Don joined the US Navy in 1955 and served six years. For two years he was aboard the USS Barry (DD 933), out of Newport Naval Station in Rhode Island.

Don owned and managed Don's Sohio in Maumee from 1961- 1972. He also worked at several Toledo area automotive dealerships including George Ballas for 13 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman throughout his lifetime.

Don was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Chelsea Beebe.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted companion of 22 years, Bonnie; sons, Tracey (Deanne) Beebe, Kelley (Jody) Beebe, Jeremey (Leelin) Beebe; grandsons, Josh (Kayla), Andrew, Noah Beebe; and great granddaughter Charlotte Beebe.

Family and friends will gather for visitation at the Reeb Funeral Home, Sylvania on Saturday, April 25, 2026 beginning at 12:00 P.M. until the memorial service begins at 2:00 P.M.
