Donald E Anderson

Donald Anderson told his last bad joke on 5/8/2026, then went to lie down beside still waters.  Forever loving him his wife Joy, spectacular daughters Tamara, Angie, and Andrea, awesome sons-in-law David Tobian and Mark Ham, impressive grandchildren and great-grandchildren form a successful family. 

He loved his naval service.  He retired from Detroit Edison after 20 years as a journeyman specializing in boilers and turbines.  He loved machines!  He was a master model ship builder and gave his masterpieces to those he loved.  Don had a special gift for bringing laughter and joy to others. 

Family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at Lakes of Sylvania and Ebeid Hospice.

Services will be held at Reeb Funeral Home on Saturday May 16, 2026, with a visitation from 11:00AM - 1:00 PM. A Funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. A luncheon will be held at Lakes of Sylvania private club house after the service.
