Dinah Jean (Butler) Comstock

Dinah J. Comstock, 78, of Toledo, OH. passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021. She was born April 7, 1943, in Toledo, OH, to parents Wade and Dora (Kastle) Butler. Dinah worked for more than 35 years at area nursing facilities helping others before retiring in 2008. She enjoyed traveling, trips to the zoo, and spending time with her family.

Dinah is survived by her daughter Sherry L. Newman; sons Richard H. Jr., Ronald L., and Randy T. Comstock; grandchildren Adam, Eric, Sara, Alison, and Beth; 6 great-grandchildren; and brother Kenneth E. Butler. She was preceded in death by her parents; and loving husband Richard H. Comstock Sr. in 2004.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Tuesday, May 25th from 11:00 AM until the Funeral Ceremony begins at 1:00 PM. Dinah will be laid to rest beside Richard at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
