Debbie Jo Linn

Debbie Jo Linn, age 72, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away on February 18, 2026.

Debbie was the epitome of selflessness. A deeply active church member, she poured her heart into her faith. Whether she was singing in the choir, organizing Vacation Bible School, or engaged with bake sales and church events, she was always there. Her ministry extended beyond the church walls; she spent countless hours visiting elderly members who could no longer attend services, ensuring they never felt forgotten. Her community spirit also shone through her years with the PTA and school events. She dedicated her life to serving both her church and her community.

Born in Sylvania, Debbie also spent her career in the service of others. For nearly 25 years, she was a cornerstone of Toledo Hospital as a unit clerk, and later in life, she found great joy as an aide for special needs children.

She found peace in the simple beauties of life. Debbie was an avid reader and had a lifelong passion for puzzles. She loved animals and felt most at home outdoors, quietly admiring the beauty of nature. A woman of generosity, she donated to multiple charities and never hesitated to help anyone in need.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Edith Benton, and her beloved husband, Jeff.

She is survived by her siblings, Marsha Taylor and Paul Benton. She was deeply loved by her children, David Linn and Nicole Kittle, and her grandchildren, Valkyrie Kittle, Tristan Linn, and Victoria Linn.

Visitation will be on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Reeb Funeral Home, Sylvania, OH from 10:am until the funeral service begins at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
