Connie Sutton Obituary

Connie Sue Sutton (Cottongim), 72, of Sylvania Ohio, passed away on 2/19/2021. Connie was born to Pauline and Ed Cottongim, in August of 1948 in Dayton, Ohio.

Connie graduated from Dayton Fairview High School in 1966. She then attended Bowling Green State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. While earning her degree, she met Scott Sutton and they were married in 1971 in the state of Washington. Together they raised 2 children, Heather and Todd.

Connie enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family.

Connie is survived by her husband Scott; their son, Todd, and granddaughter, Mackenzie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Pauline, her sister, Beverly, and her daughter, Heather.

Connie's family wants to give a special thanks to Promedica Home Care Hospice.
