Cheron M. Nowak

Cheron M. Nowak, 82, of Toledo, OH, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the Ebeid Hospice Residence. Cheron was born in Toledo, OH, on July 30, 1937 to Lawrence and Alice (Kaiser) Traver. She graduated from Clay High School in 1955, and was employed by Toledo Public Schools and Ohio Bell.

Surviving are her son, Timothy Karstrom; sister-in-law, Mary Traver; and several nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Karstrom and Norman Nowak; parents; brothers, Jim and George Traver; and sister, Marilyn Miller.

The family would like to thank the staff at Ebeid Hospice Residence and Epiphany Lutheran Church for their loving care and kindness. Memorial contributions to her son, Tim, would be appreciated.

Friends and family may attend a Memorial Service at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 915 N. Reynolds Road, Toledo, OH, on Friday, February 14, at 2:00 p.m., with a luncheon to follow.
