Carolyn Elizabeth Creque

Carolyn E. “Cookie” Creque, age 83, passed away Sunday May 4, 2025, at the Lakes of Sylvania, where she has resided for the past few years.  She was born December 16, 1941, at Toledo Hospital.  She was an office worker for many years.
Carolyn is survived by her sisters, Ruth “Sally” Langenderfer, Donna (Roger) Wiles and nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Stella Creque, sister, Rose Ann (Maurice) Lievens, and brothers, Romain (Wilma) and Harold (Kathryn) Creque, brother-in-law, Kenneth Langenderfer, nephew Kevin Creque, fiancé Gerald “Jerry” Koehle.
Visitation will be held Thursday May 8, 2025, 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania.  The Funeral Mass will be conducted at the church at 11:00 A.M.
Carolyns family would like to thank her wonderful caregivers at the Lakes of Sylvania and Ohio Living Hospice and special nieces Becky and Brenda for their caregiving the past several years.
