B. Louise Torgerson left her earthly home after a lengthy illness on November 22, 2021. An Ohioan born and raised, and as a dedicated fan of the Buckeyes, Louise was born in Fremont on September 24, 1935 to Lester and Agnes (Peto) Hensgen.

They introduced black and white TVs in the 40's and 50's on WSPD in Toledo. The ladies were inducted into the Fremont Ross Music Hall of Fame in 2003. Louise loved being a mother. She was a past President of the Stranahan Mother's Club. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother and still kept in touch with the cubbies she mentored for years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Loren (Teresa) Torgerson, step-sons Jerry (Maggie) Torgerson, Larry (Connie) Torgerson, James P (Sue) and Arthur Earl. Surviving is her daughter, Lisa Ann Torgerson and grandson, Jared Torgerson.
