Andrew James MacKay

Andrew James MacKay, 31, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, November 2, 1990.  Andrew was employed with Carter Lumber. He was a loved by many people. The kindness and love that he had for others was unlimited. He was hard working that he learned from his father. Andrew knew how to make many amazing foods. Most of all he had a gift to make anyone smile and feel loved. Gone too soon. 

He is survived by his loving mother Nancy A. Raines; brothers Hallis and Jason MacKay; sister Ashley (Jasper) Simonds and their children Sophia and Aiden; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Andrew was preceded in death by his father Gregory “Greg” MacKay; grandfather John Howard; grandparents Melvin and Mary Rupp; and uncle Paul Raines.
