Patricia Ann (Jones) Wells

Patricia Ann Wells, 64 of Ottawa Lake, MI, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2018 surrounded by loved ones after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Kim Wells, children, Amy (Timothy) Elkins of Lambertville, MI, Jennifer (Kenny) Tuttle of Beaver, OH, Michael (Kara) Larson of Fountain Hills, AZ, mother, Patricia Jones of Perrysburg, OH, and brother Richard (Joy) Jones of Rossford, OH. Patty had 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Roland Jones.

Per Patricia’s wishes, private Funeral Services will take place at Reeb Funeral Home, Thursday March 15, 2018.

The family suggests tributes in the form of contributions to an Animal Shelter of the donor’s choice.
