Georgia Stansley Obituary

Georgia Jean Stansley, 78 of Sylvania, OH passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Ebeid Hospice Center at Flower Hospital in Sylvania. Georgia was born on October 27, 1940 in Newark, Ohio to Frederick and Cecelia Utz. She married Arnold W. Stansley in 1977. Arnold preceded her in death.
Georgia is survived by her sons, Todd and Jeff Walasinski; stepsons, Arnold W. Stansley, Jr, Mark Stansley, and Brett Stansley. Georgia was a grandmother to 11 grandchildren: Chad (Tricia) Walasinski, David (Shannon) Walasinski, Danny Walasinski, Ashton Utz, Alicia (Mike Hollifield) Stansley, Samantha (Ali) Merhi, Mario Stansley, Dominic Stansley, Mackenzie, Matthew and Mitchell Stansley; 6 great grandchildren, Kara Walasinski, Hydar and Zeynab Merhi, Sebastian Stansley, and Vincenzo and Anthony Hollifield. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura Walasinski.
Arrangements are being handled by Reeb Funeral Home in Sylvania.   Interment will be at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
