Doris Berta (Martin) Becker

Doris B. Becker, 93, of Toledo, OH, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania, OH. She was born January 26, 1924 in Toledo, to Bert and Inez (Mountz) Martin. Doris married Clyde Becker and together raised four children; he passed away September 7, 1987.

She loved to tend to her garden, going to bingo, playing Keno and enjoyed card games with euchre being the game of choice.

Left to cherish Doris’s memory are daughters, Janet Saunders and Judy (Jerry) Spohn; son, Richard (Sherri) Becker; grandchildren, Natalie Noel; Jeramie and Jessica Spohn. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clyde, son Robert Becker; sisters, Alice Martin; Aileen Higgins; Carol Pierce; Vivian Hollopeter. Friends may join the family at Toledo Memorial Park, 6382 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH, Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at noon for graveside services.
