Seeing Clark's picture in the Blade brought so many memories of the earlier days at Lourdes. He was one of the kindest and happiest people I know. He always joined in to whatever crazy things were going on. He had a wonderful laugh that was infective! Joan, I remember you, also! May you and your family find peace in your heart and home. His spirit lives on! I pray that you will feel it as you continue on your life's journey. With prayers, Sister Rosine Sobczak OSF

It was always a pleasure seeing Clark at church. Even when he was sick he was a faithful attendee. I am thankful that he is now suffering no longer and that his new life is now beginning. Until that glorious day of reunion, I pray that the Holy Spirit will grant you peace and joy as you remember Clark's good life.

Dear Joan, I am so sorry to hear the news of Clark's death; you have my sympathy on your loss. I have such wonderful memories of Clark during his time at Lourdes. He was such a cheerful, upbeat person and so good at the service he provided our students during the years when Lourdes was growing. Please convey my sympathy to your children. Clark will live in all our memories--very pleasant ones. Thank you.

My condolences to Joan and the family. While I did not know Clark real well, primarily through quilting events, I can tell he had such a zest for life. and learning in various forms. Joan, you two did spend many, many weekends selling those raffles tickets wherever it seemed important, under heat, rain and whatever weather presented. He and you formed so many memories, left behind as special gifts.
