Grandma,

You always told me that the key to a happy and long life is to love and be loved. Your love has shined bright for all of us and continues to live on with all of your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. We are forever blessed to have had you as a role model, friend and the wisest member of the family. :)

Bette was such a wonderful neighbor during the summers at Marble Lake for so many years. She was always interested in how all the beach kids were doing, even as we all grew older. My thoughts and condolences to the entire Ball family as we remember a life well lived.

So very sorry to hear about Bette. I only knew her from my visits to the cottage in Michigan over the years, but she was always a lovely neighbor. She will be missed.

Although we are not to have "favorites," Bette was just that. I truly loved this lady and all her family as my own. She will always be in my heart. God bless you all.
