URSULA GENEVIEVE (ROMAKER) CASEY

URSULA GENEVIEVE (ROMAKER) CASEY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at age 87 at Autumn Woods Health Care Facility in Warren, MI. Proud mother and mother-in-law of Mike and Wendy, Gretchen and Bob, John, Pat and Michelle. Grandmother of Adam, Anna, Julia, Christine, Mike, Jacquelyn, Sean, Evan, Kyle and Erin.

Ursula was born and raised in Sylvania, Ohio, by her mother, Sophia, and father, Lawrence. During nursing school she met Toledo resident Jack Casey and they married and relocated to the Detroit area. Ursula was a devout Catholic, an intelligent, proud and educated woman.

Visitation will be held at Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main Street, Sylvania, OH, on Thursday, December 1st from 11 am to 1 pm with a service at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Detroit Rescue Mission (www.drmm.org). A heartfelt thanks goes out from the family to all of Ursula’s caregivers.
