Sylvia Marie Burkett

Sylvia M. Burkett, 82, was born in Alva, KY. September 14, 1934. She was a long time Sylvania resident, who went home to her Lord, Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at the Promedica Ebeid Hospice.

Sylvia was a faithful member of the Sylvania First Baptist Church for more than 50 years. She is survived by her daughters Bev Roberts and Carol Snapp; son David (Pam) Burkett; grandchildren Stephen, Ben (Brooke), and Stephanie (Dan); 5 great-grandchildren; sisters Jackie Hackworth and June Ridner.  Sylvia was preceded in death by her loving husband Harold and brother Wayne "Sonny" Warfield.

 The Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH.  Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. where family and friends may gather two hours prior.
