Margarita (Rodriguez) Dickens

Margarita Dickens ,  age 83, born on  7/10/33, passed away, to be with the Lord, on 5/25/17. Margarita was  retired from Lake Park Hospital. Margarita was a devout Christian woman, a prayer warrior, till the end. She was kind, loving, and generous. She enjoyed gardening, crochet, knitting, cooking, and reading her bible and praying daily.    She excelled in loving the Lord and complete devotion to her family.  She followed God's teachings daily; loving always, forgiving quickly, and being generous. She was a great example of a Godly, Christian woman.

She was predeceased by her parents;  father, Jose Miguel Rodriguez, mother, Aurora (Arrellano) Ybarra, husband John Lawrence Dickens, brother Andrew Ybarra, and niece Yolanda Leal. Surviving family:  siblings; Aurelia Leal, Jessie (Toni) Ybarra, Luis (Carol) Ybarra, Dolores (Ernesto) Pena, Maria Campos, and  Janie (Joe) Bush.  Children; John (Linda) Dickens, Anita (Steve) August, Nora (Joe) Gonzalez, Hector Dickens, Jessie Dickens, Rosie (Mike) Erby, and Sandra (Mike Lamba) Dickens. Grandchildren; John Dickens, Tony (Leah) Dickens, Priscilla Dickens, Rachel Dickens, Jackie (Doug) Thomas, Sara (Carlos)Munoz, Laura Ann August, Baily Managhan, Gina Managhan, Jeffery Todd, Nathan Lamba, Gabe Lamba, and Stefan Lamba. Great-grandchildren; Marisa Dickens, Emma Thomas, Jacob Thomas, Gabe Munoz, and Christian Munoz. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Private viewing was held at Reeb Funeral home on 5/30/17 and an interment memorial service,  on 6/2/17, at Toledo Memorial Park.
