Evelyn Roberta (Burno) Putinta

Evelyn Roberta Putinta, 76, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Ebeid Hospice Residence in Sylvania, OH.

Born January 14, 1942 in Lambertville, she was the daughter of Earl and Bernadine (Roberts) Burno.  A graduate of Bedford High School, she married the love of her life, Donald Putinta, in 1960.  Evie was an avid admirer and collector of Fenton Glass, having an extensive collection.  But most of all, she enjoyed being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother as the matriarch of the family.  She will be greatly missed.

Evie is survived by her husband Donald, children; James (Robin) Putinta of Temperance, MI and Michael (Autha) Putinta of Jackson, TN, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, sisters; Judy McLelland, Suzanne Harrigan and Janet Harrell, brother Gerald Burno, and several loving nieces and nephews.  Evie also leaves behind her dearest friend, LuAnn Fraley, who never left her side.  She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Pamela Burno and her daughter Lori Anne Putinta.

Visitation will be held at Reeb Funeral Home, Sylvania, on Saturday, January 20, 2018  from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M., when the funeral service begins.  Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
