Dear Family of Deb Vargo
As a colleague of Deb at Lourdes University, I want to express my sympathy and prayers for the family. Al Lourdes she was a shining light of quiet competence and strong friendship. Lourdes University is stronger because of her work. Lourdes students were fortunate to have such a mentor. She leaves a wonderful legacy that will live on in those who knew her.

My deepest sympathy to Deb's family and friends . I worked with Deb when we were both LPN's and later as RN's. She was a very caring nurse whose patients always were her first priorities.

My thoughts and daily PRAYERS are with Dr. Vargo's family at this time of great sadness. But I'm happy that Deborah is at PEACE and that her struggles are over. She left a wonderful legacy at Madonna University's College of Nursing! May she rest in PEACE! God be WITH YOU forever!

I would like to share memories. Deb was my Medical-surgical II instructor in 1998 at Lourdes. Deb always encouraged me and was a great mentor. I return to Lourdes in 2013, and Deb was still there and still the same. I will always remember her smile. I know her beautiful wings are off flying and taking in eternity. Stay close you guys and remember her smile. She was a beautiful person.

I will always remember you for your encouragement while I was in undergrad starting in 1997. Also your encouragement when I returned to Lourdes in 2013 for grad school. You were always a great inspiration and mentor. Spread you wings now.
