Janice, I read about the loss of your mom in the paper this week. I am very sorry for your loss.
I am not sure whether you will remember me--we were childhood friends. I have fond memories of your mother and of the fun times we had as kids.

I just read the obituary for your mother Josephine, I am so sorry that I didn't see it a day earlier it would been nice to have seen you after all these years. We are cousins. My grandmother and your grandmother (Aunt Elizabeth) were sisters. We use to visit when we were children at your grandmother's home, she lived next door to Uncle Pete.
